If this is your first time using CampDoc, please create a profile and add your child’s name and information. Once they are in the system they can be registered.
Returning Families to CampDoc?
If you already have a CampDoc profile, please login and do not create a new one.
What to do once in CampDoc?
Find your child and click on Registration → Register for a New Session, and select Application: Leshchetarskij - Skiing (11 - 18 year-olds).  Then please complete the Application & General Information tabs of the Health Profile to complete the application process.
Do I need to pay inside CampDoc when I apply?
No. In CampDoc’s Payment step, select None and press Register. Do not pay in CampDoc. No payments should be made until the child is accepted into camp. Instructions will follow.
When is the application due?
Applications are first-come, first-served. Spots are limited, so please apply early.
If I completed the application is my child automatically in?
No. We must first review all the applications received and obtain approval from the child’s stanytsia for the child to be authorized to go to camp. Once we receive approval, we will notify parents that their child has been accepted.
I have received a notification from Burlaky and CampDoc that my child was accepted. What do I do now?
Please login back into CampDoc and complete the rest of the Health Profile by December 1st. Please also submit payment either by mail (payment form required) or electronically by December 1st.
Will CampDoc email me reminders if something is incomplete?
Yes. CampDoc sends automatic reminders for missing items and a confirmation when everything is complete. You can ignore marketing emails like Oliver’s Labels or Protection Plan since they are not part of Plast.

How will I find out if my child is accepted or waitlisted?
You will receive an email in the fall stating acceptance or waitlist status. There is no need to contact us before then.
What happens if the camp fills up?

Yes. A licensed doctor is part of the camp administration, reviews all medical questionnaires, manages medications, and is available throughout the week. All medical information is confidential.
